Omschrijving

What to expect:

We prepared a double themed workshop for you. The first part we teach you the fundamentals of douceur. Douceur is becoming a very popular style under the kizomba umbrella.
The key elements are connection, micro movements, body isolations and soft leading.
This style of dance will bring you deep relaxation and can send you and your dance partner into outer space. We talk about the conditions for soft leading, how to give your dance shape and exercises to help you in touch with RESSENTI (deepest connection).

After we’ve explored this wonderful relaxing state we are moving on to the second part of the workshop; rolerotation.
This means we are going to teach you how to switch back and forth between leading and following in a smooth way without interrupting your dance.
We will teach you the basic’s of the new role you are not familiar with yet.
Rolerotation brings a new playful element to your dance and gives you a lot more freedom on the dance floor.

Marieke from Follow&Lead has a lot of experience in rolerotation and Bass is a douceur master. We can’t wait to share our knowledge with you!

Ik ga in elk geval de bootcamp meedoen. Als het erg gezellig is blijf ik daarna ook nog voor het feestje. Gezellig als je meegaat!!
Inmiddels heb ik beginners 1/2 gedaan maar dans nog niet zo heel lang. Nog veel te leren dus
